NUTRITION for SPORTS, EXERCISE & WEIGHT MANAGEMENT: What Really Works and Why

At this information-filled, 1.5 day workshop, you will enjoy the opportunity to:

I am co-leading this workshop with exercise physiologist John Ivy PhD. John is respected for his research with carbohydrates, protein, meal timing, sports supplements, and exercise. You will learn what really works—and why!

Nancy Clark, MS, RD, CSSD is an internationally respected sports nutritionist, weight coach, nutrition author, and workshop leader. She is a registered dietitian (RD) who is a board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). She is also a certified WellCoach.
